How Status Is Earned: Stars
You earn Stars for what you do across the Signature network — making a reservation on the Signature website, paying with your Signature Pay card, fueling up, completing surveys, booking hangar space, and visiting a new Signature FBO for the first time. To reach a tier, collect its Star total and Complete the Required Engagement Actions — three for Ace and five for Legend.

What's new in TAILWINS?
TAILWINS now rewards you in more ways: membership tiers and status (Aviator, Ace, and Legend); Stars you earn through everyday actions to move up tiers; more ways to earn Points, including stackable bonus points, higher earning on SAF, and per-gallon earning on Avgas; and an expanded rewards catalog that goes well beyond gift cards.
Who is eligible to join TAILWINS?
TAILWINS is available to licensed pilots aged 18 or older who reside in one of the 50 United States. Membership is limited to individuals only — companies, organizations, and other non-individual entities are not eligible. Signature reserves the right to make the final determination on eligibility.
How do I earn TAILWINS points?
You earn Points on qualifying fuel purchases when you are physically present during the service. Points are earned in full 100-gallon increments — partial increments earn nothing (for example, 199 gallons earns 100 points). On top of your base points you can earn stackable bonus points, SAF earns more than Jet A, and Avgas earns on every gallon.
What tiers does TAILWINS have?
TAILWINS has three tiers: Aviator (the base tier everyone starts at), Ace, and Legend. You move up by earning Stars.
How do I redeem TAILWINS Points?
Redeem your Points in the TAILWINS Online Catalog by logging in to your account. The catalog now goes well beyond gift cards, with rewards across travel, tech, experiences, premium brands, and more. Only the Account Holder may redeem, and some rewards may ask for additional information. Once redeemed, rewards are non-refundable.
