Signature Access

Your Guide to Understanding Signature Access

Across the vast majority of Signature’s continental US network, we are replacing multiple non-fuel charges (i.e., handling, infrastructure, and parking) with Signature Access, one clear parking price based on aircraft size, length of stay, and location. Use the Signature Access estimator to see anticipated service pricing before your visit, with eligible fuel, length-of-stay, and guest-specific discounts applied automatically, making it easier to estimate costs ahead of time and plan each trip with greater confidence.

More cost visibility

You will have access to pricing information earlier in your planning process, helping you estimate non-fuel service charges before your arrival at the terminal.

More flexibility

The consolidated structure aligns more closely with how your aircraft uses services and space during your stay. This allows flexibility to choose services based on the aspects of service that you value the most.

More control

You can better understand how prices are determined and evaluate options before making travel decisions.

Learn how Signature Access works, what’s included in your parking rate, how discounts are applied automatically, and estimate parking prices before arrival using the estimator below.

How to Estimate Your Signature Access Cost Before Arrival

Signature Access Estimator

Use the estimator to calculate aircraft cost before arrival. For Platinum status guests, if your ground time is equal to or less than 59 minutes at locations that have Platinum QuickTurn, you will not incur the parking charge. While the estimator does not show this, please note that you do have this benefit.

* Please note the embedded calculator provides an estimate to support trip planning; final pricing is confirmed at departure.

How Signature Access is Calculated

Your Signature Access cost is calculated based on the duration of stay, the size of the aircraft (length × width), and location, creating one consolidated parking charge designed to simplify trip planning and improve cost visibility.

Aircraft parking charges are based on three primary factors:

  • Duration of Stay

Parking charges begin upon arrival and end at departure time.

  • Aircraft Size

Aircraft dimensions (length × width) are based on manufacturer specifications for each aircraft model and variant. Smaller aircraft occupy less space and thus result in lower costs than larger aircraft.

  • Location

Charges are calculated using a location-specific price per square foot.

Costs are trip-specific, which means all relevant trip and aircraft details will be required to determine the applicable parking charge. Guests can earn additional discounts by purchasing fuel minimums. Multiple day stays are eligible for discounts.

Retired Aircraft Parking Fees

As a part of the Signature Access program, we've retired the following associated charges:

  • Handling
  • Infrastructure

In addition, beginning in 2027, Special Event Fees will be limited to a smaller number of extraordinary event categories providing guests with greater clarity and consistency. Fuel purchases, hangar accommodations, and optional services remain separate from parking charges.

Signature Access Aircraft Parking Charges & Discounts

Available discounts will be automatically applied as part of Signature Access. We offer three layers of savings designed to create a more transparent and predictable aircraft parking experience for our guests.

Fuel Discount

Guests can still earn discounts by meeting the fuel minimum gallons. Minimum gallons are aircraft model specific and relative to the aircraft's fuel capacity.

Purchasing a minimum fuel volume reduces the parking charge, depending on location. This incentive will appear on your invoice as a "Fuel Discount."

Length of Stay Discount

Longer stays offer greater opportunities to reduce overall costs. This incentive will appear on your invoice as a "Length of Stay Discount."

Guest-Specific Discounts, Benefits & Exemptions

After Fuel and Length of Stay incentives are calculated, any contracted discounts or Platinum QuickTurn will be applied.

In addition, hangar residents are fully exempt from parking at their home base. Contact the Global Sales team via [email protected] for specific details.

FAQs

Parking charges begin upon arrival on the terminal's ramp and end at the time of departure. Charges are tied to the specific aircraft and length of stay.

Parking is calculated continuously from arrival to departure time, rather than by calendar day. Partial stays are therefore accounted for based on the actual duration parked, not rounded to full days.

The new parking structure is based on duration and aircraft size beginning at arrival and ending at departure from the terminal. Our guests will be charged on a continuous basis for the time the aircraft is parked on the ramp.

Parking duration is calculated based on arrival and departure times for each visit. If the aircraft departs and returns, it is treated as a new stay.

If your arrival or departure time changes, your invoice will be adjusted to reflect your actual stay. The reservation times will be updated accordingly.

The redesigned invoice will give you detail around Signature Access and the charges associated with your stay. The line item on the invoice will show up as “Parking” and show the start and end times, as well as any eligible discounts applied to the invoice. All other fuel and non-fuel services will display as before.

Extended stays resulting from weather or maintenance are treated the same as any other extended stay.

Our goal is to create choice through a simpler way to price. Pricing outcomes can vary depending on aircraft size, length of stay, fuel minimum purchase, and location. Those variables and decisions give our guests greater control over the total invoice value. The intent of Signature Access is not to increase costs, but to replace multiple separate charges with a more transparent, single price that better reflects duration and aircraft size.

Yes. Any contracted or tail-specific ramp parking discounts remain in effect and are applied automatically after fuel and length of stay discounts have been calculated. Any handling related discounts do not apply as we no longer have a handling product.

Yes, hangar charges remain separate from ramp parking.

Previously, aircraft models were grouped into aircraft size categories that had a set minimum value for all aircraft in each of the groups. Fuel minimums are now set by aircraft model and variant to better align with each aircraft’s actual fuel capacity, creating a more consistent and proportional fuel‑purchase expectation across a wider range of aircraft.

Fuel discounts apply only when the full minimum volume is met. If the minimum is not reached, the parking discount would not apply.

Yes. If the minimum fuel volume is purchased during the visit, the fuel discount applies to the transaction and will be reflected on the invoice as a “Fuel Discount.”

Purchasing fuel beyond the required minimum does not result in additional parking time being waived.

As a valued Platinum guest, you will continue to receive the cost benefit associated with the Signature Platinum QuickTurns. There will be no ramp parking charge even if minimum fuel is not purchased. Locations where Platinum Quickturns are not available include: All Hawaii locations, BOS, EGE, HPN, IAD, LAX, MDW, MIA, MSP, ORD, SAN, SFO, and TEB.

Special Event fees are assessed during high traffic events primarily to offset the additional costs incurred at such times to ensure safe and reliable operations. During these times of congestion, we scale up our operations in order to ensure your safety and deliver the exemplary service you expect from Signature. However, historically only 0.2% of Signature’s annual fuel transactions occur at affected airports during these events.

Yes. Handling and Infrastructure Fees will continue to apply in the following circumstances: Piston Aircraft: We are committed to the principles of price simplification, visibility and control. However, Handling and Infrastructure Fees continue to apply to Single Engine Piston, Light Twins, and Heavy Twins at this time. Piston aircraft continue to follow the existing cost structure, including applicable Ramp Parking charges. Piston aircraft continue to be exempt from Special Event Fees. Contractual Requirements: Any existing contractual terms that require or otherwise govern the charging of Handling and Infrastructure Fees will continue to apply.
