Parking Pricing, Simplified.

Your Guide to Simplified Service Pricing

At participating Signature locations, we are replacing multiple non-fuel charges with one clear parking price based on aircraft size and length of stay. As part of this change, Signature is replacing separate handling and infrastructure charges with the single price. Use the estimator to see anticipated service pricing before your visit, with eligible fuel, length-of-stay, and customer-specific discounts applied automatically, making it easier to estimate costs ahead of time and plan each trip with greater confidence.

More transparency

You will have access to pricing information earlier in your planning process, helping you estimate non-fuel service pricing before your arrival at the terminal.

More flexibility

Rather than applying the same approach to every operation, the updated structure aligns more closely with how your aircraft uses services and space during your stay.

More control

You can better understand how charges are determined and evaluate options before making travel decisions.

Learn how Simplified Pricing works, what’s included in your parking rate, how discounts are applied automatically, and estimate parking charges before arrival using the estimator below.

How to Estimate Service Charges Before Arrival

Parking Estimator

Use the parking estimator to calculate aircraft parking charges before arrival. For Platinum customers, if your ground time is equal to or less than 59 minutes at locations that have Platinum QuickTurn, you will not incur the Ramp Parking charge. While the estimator does not show this, please note that you do have this benefit.

* Please note the embedded calculator provides an estimate to support trip planning; final pricing is confirmed at departure.

How Aircraft Parking Pricing is Calculated

Parking Pricing is calculated based on the duration of stay and the size of the aircraft (length × width), creating one transparent parking price designed to simplify trip planning and improve pricing visibility.

Aircraft parking pricing is based on three primary factors:

  • Duration of Stay

Parking charges begin upon arrival and end at departure time.

  • Aircraft Size

Aircraft dimensions (length × width) are based on manufacturer specifications for each aircraft model and variant.

  • Location

Pricing is calculated using a location-specific price per square foot.

Pricing is guest and transaction-specific, which means all relevant trip and aircraft details are required within the point-of-sale system to determine the applicable parking price. Guests can earn additional discounts by purchasing fuel minimums, which are aircraft-model specific.

Retired Aircraft Parking Fees

As a part of our simplified one-rate parking rate at the ramp, we've retired the following associated charges:

  • Handling
  • Infrastructure

Fuel purchases, hangar accommodations, and optional services remain separate from parking pricing.

Aircraft Parking Pricing & Discounts

Available discounts will be automatically applied as part of Simplified Pricing. We offer three layers of savings designed to create a more transparent and predictable aircraft parking pricing experience for our guests.

Fuel Discount

Guests can still earn discounts by purchasing the fuel minimums. Minimum gallons are aircraft model specific and relative to the aircraft's fuel capacity.

Purchasing a minimum fuel volume reduces the parking pricing, depending on location. This incentive will appear on your invoice as a "Fuel Discount."

Length of Stay Discount

Longer stays offer greater opportunities to reduce overall costs. This incentive will appear on your invoice as a "Length of Stay Discount."

Guest-Specific Discounts

Any contracted or tail-specific discounts are applied to the remaining balance after Fuel and Length of Stay incentives have been calculated.

FAQs

Parking charges begin upon arrival on the terminal's ramp and end at the time of departure. Charges are tied to the specific aircraft and length of stay.

Parking is calculated continuously from arrival to departure time, rather than by calendar day. Partial stays are therefore accounted for based on the actual duration parked, not rounded to full days.

The new parking structure is based on duration and aircraft size beginning at arrival and ending at departure from the terminal. Our guests will be charged on a continuous basis for the time the aircraft is parked on the ramp.

Parking duration is calculated based on arrival and departure times for each visit. If the aircraft departs and returns, it is treated as a new stay.

If your arrival or departure time changes, your invoice will be adjusted to reflect your actual stay. The reservation times will be updated accordingly.

Extended stays resulting from weather or maintenance are treated the same as any other extended stay.

Our goal is to create choice through a simpler way to price. Pricing outcomes can vary depending on aircraft size, length of stay, fuel minimum purchase, and location. Those variables and decisions give our guests greater control over the total invoice value. The intent of Simplified Parking Pricing is not to increase costs, but to replace multiple separate charges with a more transparent, single price that better reflects duration and aircraft size.

Yes. Any contracted or tail-specific ramp parking discounts remain in effect and are applied automatically after fuel and length of stay discounts have been calculated. Any handling related discounts do not apply as we no longer have a handling product.

Yes, hangar charges remain separate from ramp parking.

Previously, aircraft models were grouped into aircraft size categories that had a set minimum value for all aircraft in each of the groups. Fuel minimums are now set by aircraft model and variant to better align with each aircraft’s actual fuel capacity, creating a more consistent and proportional fuel‑purchase expectation across a wider range of aircraft.

Fuel discounts apply only when the full minimum volume is met. If the minimum is not reached, the parking discount would not apply.

Yes. If the minimum fuel volume is purchased during the visit, the fuel discount applies to the transaction and will be reflected on the invoice as a “Fuel Discount.”

Purchasing fuel beyond the required minimum does not result in additional parking time being waived.

As a valued Platinum guest, you will continue to receive the cost benefit associated with the Signature Platinum QuickTurns. There will be no ramp parking charge even if minimum fuel is not purchased. Locations where Platinum Quickturns are not available include: All Hawaii locations, BOS, EGE, HPN, IAD, LAX, MDW, MIA, MSP, ORD, SAN, SFO, and TEB.

At Simplified Parking locations, Signature TailWins members earn 1 point for every 1 US dollar spent on Ramp Parking.
