Why do I need to complete a background or credit check?
To ensure a smooth and secure leasing process, Signature requires legal and credit vetting for all new residents as part of the application review.
Are there penalties for late rent payments?
Yes. Payments more than 7 days late will incur the greater of $100 or 10% of the overdue amount.
Are there restricted activities within the space?
Yes. Prohibited activities include:
- Fuel storage or delivery

- Overnight parking of other aircraft
