Residents enrolled in any other Signature pricing program are not eligible for Resident Premier. Additionally, those with expired or holdover lease agreements lose access to the program’s benefits.
The Resident Premier Program is a pricing program designed to offer better-than-retail pricing for residents with small residences at Signature locations. It is not a membership program and cannot be enrolled in directly by residents.
To be eligible, residents must have an active rental agreement. The pricing team assigns the Resident Premier Program during the onboarding process based on the resident’s profile and agreement terms. It is not available for large companies with custom-negotiated pricing.
New residents are automatically enrolled in the program during onboarding—if they are not already part of another pricing program. The pricing team handles this setup based on the resident’s documentation and rental agreement.
Residents must submit company details, insurance, and other documentation, usually via DocuSign. Once reviewed, a rental agreement is signed, and the pricing program is assigned in CRM by the pricing team.
Only residents with completed, active leases and who are not enrolled in other pricing programs are considered for Resident Premier. This helps maintain the program’s exclusivity and integrity.
The Resident Premier Program is currently only available to U.S.-based residents and at U.S. Signature locations. It is tailored for domestic operations and is not offered at international Signature FBOs.
