Tony is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Signature Aviation, the world’s preeminent aviation hospitality company with over 200 locations in 27 countries. He has served in this role since 2021. Tony joined Signature (formally BBA Aviation plc) in July 2016 as President and Chief Operating Officer and has been responsible for a number of portfolio businesses during his tenure, including Signature, ASIG and Global Engine Services.
Tony has over 25 years’ experience in the aviation industry. Prior to Signature, Tony was the Chief Operating Officer of Spirit Airlines and previous to that role, he was with American Airlines (formally US Airways) serving as their Managing Director Europe. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
Amy is responsible for leading and optimizing all activities that ensure Signature is a rewarding place to work. This includes hiring the best talent, offering the right incentives, creating development opportunities and driving an engaging and inclusive culture.
Prior to her current role, Amy served as the SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer for Royal Caribbean and brings more than 20 years of experience in HR leadership, including roles with Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and Novartis Pharmaceuticals. She holds an MBA from Kent State University and a bachelor’s degree in communications from Walsh University.
Derek is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience across Signature’s global network of private aviation terminals, aligning business strategies with market demands, and optimizing revenue through Signature’s loyalty, marketing, sales, and revenue management initiatives.
He joined Signature from IHG Hotels & Resorts where he was responsible for sales efforts of IHG's portfolio of 17 brands, covering over 6,000 properties in more than 100 countries. Prior to IHG, Derek held a variety of senior commercial leadership roles at American Airlines. He has been a board member on numerous travel and hospitality councils, and holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University.
Mike joined Signature Aviation as Chief Financial Officer in August 2022 and is responsible for directing and overseeing the financial activities for Signature Aviation and all related business units. He most recently served as the SVP & CFO for GE Gas Power.
Mike brings more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership across the GE organization to his new role. This includes roles within GE Energy, GE Power and GE Aviation, where he served as Global Financial Analysis & Planning Leader. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
Maria is responsible for legal, insurance, government affairs, and environmental compliance and sustainability matters for Signature Aviation and its over 200 private aviation terminals worldwide.
She joined Signature in August 2018 from Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, where she served as Director and Associate General Counsel, Global Transactions and Compliance. Prior to her time with Lockheed, Maria worked for Mubadala Development Company in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in the role of General Counsel for Strata Manufacturing, as well as for Horizon Flight Academy. Maria started her career in private practice in New York and Washington, D.C., focusing on international project finance transactions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a juris doctor degree from Columbia Law School.
Brad is responsible for all field operations, workforce optimization, safety and security, and continuous improvement for our over 200 bases globally.
He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Store Operations and Restaurants for 7‑Eleven, where he was responsible for more than 4,900 fuel sites, 5,300 corporate-operated stores, and 900 restaurant locations. Brad brings extensive operations experience with proven results in driving growth and profitability. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University.
Jim is responsible for building relationships with our airport partners, seeking new strategic opportunities throughout the network for airports and their local communities. He is also responsible for our MRO operations.
Jim brings over 35 years of administrative, financial and operational experience in the aviation industry. He is rated as an Airline Transport Pilot and has overseen fixed base operations (FBO), MRO and aircraft management & charter operations.
Al is responsible for the technology infrastructure that facilitates seamless operations for more than 200 bases globally as well as the digital strategy that will drive innovation and deliver a simple and modern experience for team members and guests.
He joined Signature from Tractor Supply Company where he was responsible for application development, platform engineering, infrastructure, business and vendor relationship management, business/IT prioritization, global on-call support for over 400 applications, project management, and more. Al received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Florida State University.
